The EDGE TRM831 mobile trommel screen offers high production rates with extensive stockpiling capacities thanks to its end discharge conveyor design and remote 180° radial fines conveyor. The EDGE TRM831 portable trommel is ideal for the high-capacity screening of various applications including topsoil, compost, sand, household waste and construction and demolition waste. With a wide range of different drum types and screening media available, the EDGE TRM831 can be customised to suit the customers exact application requirements.
The EDGE TRM831 mobile trommel incorporates a host of impressive design features such as, a remote 180°radial fines conveyor as standard, an eco-power saving functionality which reduces unnecessary running costs and a user-friendly HMI control panel for the easy adjustment of machine parameters. An intelligent load management systems ensures that the trommel screen is always operating at optimum performance with minimal supervision. A large hopper opening combined with class leading belt widths allow for the quick and smooth flow of material through the trommel.
The TRM831 mobile trommel screen discharges fines material via a radial fines conveyor with a discharge height of up to 6m (19’8”). With a 180° radial functionality as standard, the radial fines conveyor facilitates the creation of impressive stockpiles and reduces the double handling of material by up to 75%.
Features may include:
2.3m (7’7”) X 9.3m (31’) long drum provides excellent screening results.
Highly efficient hydraulic drive system with Intelligent load sensing. A remote operated 180° Radial Fines Conveyor creates impressive stockpile volumes. HMI Control Panel provides easy fine tuning for accurate application performance.
Large hopper capacity of up to 12m³ (15.7yds³) Innovative sliding Feeder feature allows for easy drum removal and screen media exchange. Various aperture meshes, punch plate panels, fully welded punch plate drums with scrolls are available A heavy duty 1200mm (48”) wide Over-size conveyor provides a discharge height of up to 3.7m (12’5”)
